Personal Scheduler

A shared availability tool that merges multiple calendars, finds free slots for different types of activities, and lets friends book time together — no more back-and-forth in group chats.

The Problem

Coordinating schedules between couples and friend groups is painful. When four or more busy people each have multiple calendars, finding a time that works for everyone devolves into endless “how about Thursday?” messages. Existing tools like Calendly are built for professional scheduling, not for friends trying to grab dinner.

The Solution

A scheduling tool built for personal use. Multiple calendars are connected and availability rule are set up (e.g. only evenings and weekends). We generate sharing links, either time-limited or permanent, so only the friends we choose can see our availability through a personalized link. They pick a slot, done.

Key Features

  • Multi-calendar aggregation across multiple people
  • Global availability rules (evenings, weekends) with customizable buffer times
  • Shareable availability links — time-limited/expiring or permanent
  • Personalized links per friend or group for privacy control
  • Simple booking flow for invitees — no account required

What’s Next

  • Allow friends to connect their own calendars so Calfred can suggest slots where all parties (e.g. two couples, four calendars) are free simultaneously
