What I bring isn't a methodology — it's pattern recognition built from operating at every stage: corporate venture building at Deloitte, scaling product at Personio (Europe's leading HR tech), standing up a product and design function from scratch at Strategy Compass, building from zero at filu, co-founding Hyzerbase — and, every spring since 2024, coordinating a 70-volunteer drone rescue network in the meadows of Bavaria. And from 2022 to 2024, the volunteer fire brigade — fifty calls a year, qualified as drone pilot, boat operator, and breathing-apparatus wearer.

Org BuildingBuilt the PM and design functions from scratch — first ran product across four B2B platforms myself, then hired and scaled the team. Shifted the org toward product-led practices.

Geospatial AnalyticsLed a cross-functional data science team on a smart city initiative. Turned location-based traffic data into actionable insights for mobility and air quality — and built the anonymization framework to monetize it.
